Solar energy tailstock¡¢pull rod roll forming line, the whole line is automatic , PLC control, it is easily to operate. This line uses pre-punch holes then roll forming technology, line speed is high. The roll forming line uses international advanced technology of automatically changing double side machines structure, all metal frames used in solar energy can be produced by the same machine, the metal frame includes solar energy support  bracket¡¢support bottom pull rod¡¢support horizontal frame ¡¢front left& right frame of the solar energy¡¢left & right frame of the solar energy support.

Traditional solar energy tailstock¡¢pull rod and solar energy main frame is produced by press & bending machine, the press punches the holes firstly , then the bending machine bends the profile after punching, traditional process consumes high-energy &takes a lot of work & time, it is also dangerous . Our company uses advanced roll forming technology, make the uncoil-leveling-punching-roll forming-cutting at the same machine, the line speed is up to 15m/sec.
